This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of Aeroworks Interactive ("Service"), a software-as-a-service platform owned and operated by Aeroworks Productions, LLC ("Aeroworks," "we," "us," or "our"). This AUP is part of our Terms of Service and applies to all users, including clients, authorized vendors, and Aeroworks personnel.

3.4 Fraudulent or Deceptive Practices
- Engaging in fraudulent activities, scams, or pyramid schemes
- Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely representing your affiliation with any person or entity
- Distributing spam, unsolicited communications, or phishing attempts
- Making false or misleading statements
- Manipulating or falsifying data or information within the Service
3.5 Unauthorized Use and Access
- Sharing your login credentials with unauthorized individuals
- Accessing data, accounts, or resources you are not authorized to access
- Allowing others to use your account without proper authorization
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or bans
- Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service without authorization
3.6 Resource Abuse
- Using the Service in a manner that places excessive strain on our infrastructure
- Attempting to disable, overload, or impair the functionality of the Service

5. Client Responsibilities
Client organizations that invite authorized vendors or manage user accounts are responsible for:
- Ensuring that invited users comply with this AUP
- Properly managing user access and permissions
- Removing access for users who no longer require it
- Monitoring their users’ activities for compliance
- Notifying Aeroworks of any suspected violations by their users
6. Monitoring and Enforcement
Aeroworks reserves the right to:
- Monitor use of the Service to ensure compliance with this AUP
- Investigate suspected violations of this AUP
- Remove or disable access to content that violates this AUP
- Suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP
- Cooperate with law enforcement authorities and provide information as required by law
- Take any other action we deem appropriate to enforce this AUP
However, we are not obligated to monitor user activity and do not assume responsibility for user content or conduct.
7. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP or have security concerns, please report them immediately to:

8. Consequences of Violations

- Legal Action: Referral to law enforcement authorities or pursuit of civil remedies
- Client Notification: Notification to your client organization of the violation
The specific action taken will depend on the nature and severity of the violation. Aeroworks reserves the right to determine appropriate action at its sole discretion.
Important: Serious violations, including those involving illegal activity, security breaches, or harm to others, may result in immediate termination without warning and may be reported to appropriate authorities.
9. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of this AUP does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it in the future.
10. Modifications to This Policy
We may modify this AUP at any time. Material changes will be communicated through:
- Email notification to registered users
- Posting an updated version on our website
- In-app notifications
Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified AUP.
11. Severability
If any provision of this AUP is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
